Introducing Dr. Candace Montoya, Acupuncture Physician

This is why we are so delighted to welcome Dr. Candace (Candy) Montoya to the EMB team. Dr. Candy is an Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She graduated summa cum laude from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine in Orlando, FL and holds the highest level of board certification granted by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Dr. Candy teaches Oriental Medicine courses to graduate students at the Florida College of Integrative Medicine, is trained in cranio-sacral therapy and is certified to provide B-12 and pain injections.

When treating patients, Dr. Candy considers all aspects of well-being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. She works to restore health using safe and natural methods in medicine and healing. Dr. Candy’s approach blends western concepts and Chinese medicine with nutrition and emotional support, acupuncture, homeopathy, herbs and relaxation practices, as well as on-going recommendations for a healthy emotional and physical life. Dr. Candy is an excellent addition to the EMB team and the positive feedback has already started.
