Did you know that September is National Self-Improvement Month?

When you think about it, it makes sense.  The kids are back to school and everyone wants to get into shape before the holidays.


There are many great workouts around, from Crossfit, TRX, Orange Theory and even power yoga.  Keep your muscles and joints healthy and working for you with these great tips:


1.     Stay hydrated

2.     Eat a balanced diet of protein, complex carbohydrate and healthy fats

3.     Keep your spine healthy and aligned with regular chiropractic adjustments and massage

4.     Give your body a chance to recover between workouts

5.     Attend to injuries early so that they heal and don’t worsen


Follow these tips to get into shape and avoid injury.
